1 To isolate novel endophytic actinobacteria from the Acanthaceae plants 2 To identify the selected endophytic actinomycete isolates based on phenotypic, chemotaxonomic and genotypic characteristics. 3 To screen, isolate and elucidate the new secondary metabolites from the selected novel actinobacterial isolates.
