Description
o Propose a framework that would allow systematically developing an experimentally validated mathematical model. o Conduct experiments with relevant analytical techniques that would allow establishing the dynamics of the microalga growth and life cycle progression with respect to culturing conditions, and validating the herein developed mathematical model. o Develop mathematical expressions that would allow capturing cell growth and kinetics of the cell type transformation with respect to culturing conditions based on first-principles and experimental observation. o Perform model analysis that would allow evaluating the validation of the developed mathematical model, and identifying any further model modifications. o Perform model validation that would allow obtaining optimal values of significant parameters and a reasonably good reproduction of experimental data.
