Description
2.1 To prepare and characterize spin coated layers and electrospun fibers of P3HT which will be used as hole conductors for perovskite solar cells. 2.2 To investigate charge separation and transport at the interfaces between MAPbI3 and the hole conductors mentioned in 2.1 by using modulated surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPV). 2.3 To fabricate perovskite solar cells based on the polymeric hole conductors of spin coated or electrospun P3HT, the electron conductor of (6,6)-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM), and the light absorber of MAPbI3. The efficiency of the solar cells based on electrospun P3HT fibers is expected to be higher than 7 %.
