2.1 To evaluate the inhibition ability of traditionally prepared YSMP (T-YSMP) towards the biofilm of pathogenic bacteria isolated from infected wounds. 2.2 To determine the interactions between components of T-YSMP on the anti-biofilm activity. 2.3 To assess wound healing effects of T-YSMP in in vitro and in streptozotocin induced diabetic rats.
