Description
1. To clone and phylogenetically characterize the FgGPx encoding gene from Fasciola gigantica. 2. To express the recombinant FgGPx and produce polyclonal antibody (PoAb) against recombinant FgGPx protein. 3. To use the PoAb in characterizing native FgGPx and investigating its tissue expression by immunoblotting and immunolocalization.
